Suzi K. Edwards

About the Artist

Suzi K. Edwards is a multidisciplinary artist whose creative journey spans fashion design, spiritual study, public art, and digital media. Born in New York City and raised in St. Thomas, she studied at the London College of Fashion before launching a successful design career in New York. Inspired by Eastern spirituality in the 1960s, she spent years living in ashrams in the U.S. and India, where she met her husband, Roy Edwards. After raising two sons, she studied mosaics and architectural ceramics in Italy and created public art installations across Florida for three decades. Since discovering digital painting on the iPad in 2012, Edwards has developed a distinctive mixed-media process, printing her vibrant digital works and embellishing them by hand with paint, jewels, wood, and found materials.
